- Health information is gathered with NO NAME attached to make the information generic and not identifiable. We destroy your information in terms with GDPR guidance once you are no longer working with us.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- To help us to service you as a health coach by analysing your health information that you are prepared to share with us.
We use the information that you have given us to help you and prepare relevant plans for your health & lifestyle changes.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored.
We keep health questionnaires for the duration of your work with us. We will then dispose your information by deleting it or destroying it securely according to GDPR guidelines.
Contact details are kept on file and will receive email marketing until such a time as you withdraw your consent from us and request, we no longer contact you.
